Microsoft office language pack 2010 english free

The version of Office I have has three licenses, of which I used 2. The third is still open. At that time I downloade it after I paid. The unfortunate thing is, I do not have that file any more. Can anyone help to obtain it somewhere. I am pretty happy with Office for the purposes I use it, but the German language package would be really helpful.

There is a tab for Office and while I know that you used to have to pay for language packs, it appears that they now may be free. Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn’t help. I have changed a bit in the language setup, then type some wrongly spelled German words, and now is shows the red line under these words. I observed that delay also in the Mail app.

The while can take up to 10 seconds. Your post is interesting for the following reason: hitting the W-key – space-bar not only changes the the keyboard in my case from US to German and Back , it also initiates the German language proofing.

Sometimes I have to do the key combination more than once. At least this my experience. I experimented a bit by misspelling the first written German word, and so the following two or three words. Word would then recognize the second and third misspelled German word as misspelled and red underline it but interestingly not the first one. However, in the proofing dialog box the first misspelled word is shown, and so are the other two.

There is a “Detect language automatically” checkbox in the Language dialog. How do you have that set? Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community. Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve the site. Thank you for the tip. In fact, I was on this website but was not sure whether it would work since I read that the Language Pack for Office had been abandoned by MS. I installed it but when I type something with wrong spelling in German, it should show a red line but it does not. I checked all the options correctly.

Will see what happens. At least the language is installed. Also, in the Language dialog, does German appear with a tick mark with ABC above it, which indicates that the proofing dictionary for that language is available? For the moment the issue seems to be resolved. That is something that you have to specifically invoke, though that can be done by defining a style with German as the Language and then using that style when you are inserting text in that language.

I think the problem I had is resolved. Thanks for the help. I set it exactly as shown in your picture. This site in other languages x.
